My PI in Six Words: Dedicated Support, Helping Successful Participant Outcomes

Mina is a dedicated plan operations associate and her responsibilities include daily processing, interacting with plan sponsors and participants, and providing specialized support for Pension Inc team members. Mina joined the team in 2015 with prior experience in data management and customer service which has helped her to develop efficiency in her plan operations role. Mina provides accurate results and attention to detail ensuring client satisfaction with every contact. While away from the office, Mina enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as hunting for deals at local garage sales. Mina is actively involved in the organization Giving Hope to Green Bay and the Surrounding Areas which helps to give back to those in need.
